LOTS of sunshine and mid-fifties again today (California is getting much of the rain we typically get in January), so out with Bo on his fourth walk today, and hopefully a little more trotting.
I think I'll start using a pedometer soon, so I can keep heading different directions to keep it interesting, while controlling the distance increases. We're up to about 15 minutes of very slow walking with some brief trotting in the middle.
